About Murcia

When a Spanish-inspired address on the Brisbane river needed a sales display that worked as hard as the architecture, we were brought in to bring the Murcia story to life across the suite. Murcia sits on Stanley Street, in the riverside pocket where Woolloongabba meets East Brisbane — a short walk from the Gabba, Mowbray Park and the river bends of New Farm and Newstead. Named for the sun-warmed city in Spain’s south-east, the development wears a Mediterranean palette of terracotta, clay and deep garden green, and the display suite had to carry that warmth from the moment buyers step inside. We delivered a full sales-display refresh: every graphic surface in the room — printed, illuminated, framed and installed by us.

Digitally Printed Aerial Map Wall

The anchor of the main room is a full-height aerial of inner-city Brisbane, digitally printed as wallpaper and hung to wrap the corner of the space. We printed the city from above — the river, the Gabba, the parklands — and overlaid it with the Murcia wordmark and a set of green wayfinding markers pinning out the lifestyle around the address: Mowbray Park, New Farm, Newstead, East Brisbane. It turns an abstract location into something a buyer can stand in front of and read in a single glance.

Illuminated Skyline Lightboxes

Behind the living vignettes, we printed and illuminated the view buyers are really here for. Twilight panoramas of the Brisbane skyline sit in backlit lightboxes, glowing the way the city does at dusk — the same outlook the apartments are designed around. Printed in-house and lit from within, they give the staged lounge and dining settings a genuine window-with-a-view, even in an internal suite.

Floorplate Displays

Under a clean FLOORPLATES headline, the building’s levels are presented on crisp acrylic display boards mounted over printed interior renders, so buyers can move from the big picture down to their own floor. The cut-vinyl heading and the layered acrylic-over-render treatment keep the wall feeling like a gallery rather than a noticeboard.

Finishes Display — Terracotta & Clásico

Murcia offers two finishes schemes — Terracotta and Clásico — and each gets its own framed display beneath a FINISHES headline. We framed and mounted the two schemes as a matched pair, with cut-vinyl naming and a sample shelf below, so buyers can compare the warm and the classic palettes side by side and picture their own apartment.

Acrylic-Mounted Renders Throughout

Through the consultation rooms and onto the feature walls, lifestyle and interior renders are face-mounted to acrylic and framed — bedrooms, bathrooms, rooftop and garden settings — each one printed sharp and hung to sit flush and premium against the suite’s terracotta and garden-green walls. They carry the brand’s Mediterranean warmth into every corner a buyer is walked through.

Why Display Suite Signage Matters

A display suite is where a development stops being a brochure and becomes a place. Buyers make six- and seven-figure decisions in these rooms, and the signage is what makes the vision feel real, considered and worth trusting before a single apartment exists. Getting the wayfinding, the renders, the finishes and the lighting to feel like one coherent world is the difference between a room that informs and a room that sells.
