CornerHouse – A Bold First Impression by Joyprint
At Joyprint, we know that signage isn’t just about branding—it’s about creating a powerful and lasting first impression. Our recent hoarding installation for the CornerHouse development in Highgate Hill does exactly that, wrapping the streetscape in sleek visuals and elegant messaging that reflect the premium nature of this new residential offering.
Developed by DeMartini Fletcher, CornerHouse is a boutique collection of 88 beautifully designed 1, 2, and 3 bedroom residences, scheduled for completion in 2028. With sweeping views of the Brisbane skyline and thoughtful architectural design, this project is a standout addition to the city’s inner-south.
To complement the vision, Joyprint delivered a full-scale, custom-designed hoarding solution spanning multiple street frontages. The signage features stunning lifestyle photography, architectural renders, and large-format branding—all tied together with a clean and modern visual identity. QR codes embedded into each section invite locals to discover more about the project and explore the future of urban living.
The colour palette shifts subtly along the hoarding, creating a dynamic visual rhythm for pedestrians and drivers alike. From warm, golden hues to cool, calm tones, each segment tells a different part of the CornerHouse story—from lazy afternoons in stylish interiors to active mornings on local walking trails.
Crafted from durable materials with UV-stable inks and expert installation, the signage will maintain its impact through Brisbane’s changing seasons. Every detail was considered—from sightlines and typography to photo placement and neighbourhood integration.
